Scope of the Project
A thoughtful makeover focused on preserving what already felt meaningful while gently introducing more beauty, functionality, and flow. Through custom detailing, restored furniture, and purposeful space planning, we transformed the home into a pastel retreat that feels calm, personal, and deeply lived in.
The Client Brief
The clients loved their home, but over time it no longer reflected how they wanted to live. They wanted a space that felt lighter, more cohesive, and easier to navigate day-to-day without losing the memories and character already woven into it. Their vision was a home rooted in Indian craftsmanship and tradition, yet interpreted through a softer, more contemporary lens.
Description Notes
Rather than reinventing the home entirely, we focused on refining it. The layout was thoughtfully reworked to improve flow between spaces, creating clearer zones for living, working, and gathering while maintaining a sense of openness. Built-in storage and wardrobes were redesigned to feel elegant and intuitive, while durable, easy-to-maintain materials ensured the home would support everyday life with ease.
The soul of the home lies in its details. A Pichwai-inspired feature wall, chikankari motifs, custom wallpapers, and carefully layered textures bring depth and personality to every room. Existing furniture pieces were lovingly restored and reimagined, allowing cherished belongings to continue telling their story while feeling perfectly at home within the refreshed interiors.
The resulting palette is soft, calming, and quietly luxurious. Gentle pastels create a sense of serenity, while traditional influences add warmth and familiarity. Every room feels connected through a shared language of craftsmanship, comfort, and intention. It is a home that honours its past while embracing a more beautiful, functional future.
